Auditing of personnel data with EAM requires visibility to where associated related data resides. Five GDPR Compliance reports have been created, one for each entity, to support this capability. For each GDPR Compliance report, the user will select the entity and then execute the report. The report will provide a detailed listing by table of data where the entity value is included. For each table, the record including the selected entity will be displayed on the report with its Primary Key fields and any Description field information if such a field exists for the specific referenced table.
The below set of tables, provides a listing of all the tables within EAM with Foreign Key associations for each personnel entity.
