In HxGN EAM go to the Energy Star Setup screen.

Click Actions and then Get Pending Authorizations.

Click the Retrieve Customer Account ID button.

Enter your Portfolio Manager Username and Password and click Retrieve.

The system will return your Account ID and when you click Submit, HxGN EAM will accept your connection request.
You will be notified that the connection request has been accepted via a message that will appear in the Notifications section of the main screen of Portfolio Manager the next time you login to Portfolio Manager.
