On the My Portfolio tab click the link to your property (DSTM office in the example above).

The Summary tab for the property opens.

Click the Energy tab.

Click Add a Meter.

Select the Sources of Your Property’s Energy information.

Click Get Started.

The About Your Meters screen for the property opens.

Click the check box and enter the Type of Meter, Units (of measure) and the Date Meter became Active and then click Create Meters.

Select whether the meter accounts for the total consumption of your property or not and click Apply Selections.

A meter is now added to your property.
