The checklist form will be accessed from the task tab using the Checklist button. The action items within the checklist form are:

  • Checklist Approval: This opens the eSignature pop-up

Failure Mitigation

The Root Cause Analysis screen is also available, which is the same as the above Case Management screen. However, the user will have to manually make the changes in the screen designer for digital work screen, to make this screen look like the one delivered in base EAM.
