Configuring the network user for Databridge - HxGN EAM - 12.0 - Administration & Configuration

If you are running the Databridge server in a Windows environment and you have configured the partner file folder to be on a network file server, you must set the network user for the Windows service that runs the HxGN EAM application so that Databridge can access these folders.

1. Select Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Tools.

2. Double-click HxGN EAM Application.

3. Log into the application.

4. Specify this information:

   This account - Specify the network user.

   Password - Specify the network user password.

   Confirm password - Specify the network user password to confirm password was entered correctly.

   To access the partner documents and setup file folders, the network user must have write permissions to these folders.

5. Click OK.
