An outbound business document is sent out when one of the following events occur if they are enabled:

Click Administration > Databridge > Databridge Setup.

Specify the following information:
Enable the Add Requisition Outbound - Select Yes or No to indicate whether to enable the Add Requisition outbound event.
Enable the Change Requisition Outbound - Select Yes or No to indicate whether to enable the Change Requisition outbound event. Select All if you also want this to be generated when an approved requisition is canceled.
Enable the Cancel Requisition Outbound - Select Yes or No to indicate whether to enable the Cancel Requisition outbound event.
Enable the PO Receipt Outbound - Select Yes or No to indicate whether to enable the PO Receipt outbound event.
Enable Inventory Item Outbound - Select Yes or No to indicate whether to enable the Item (Parts) outbound event. Select For Infor ION when Databridge is used for connecting to Infor ION and Inventory Item outbound is required.
Enable Inventory Transactions Outbound - Select Yes or No to indicate whether to enable the inventory transactions (such as Issue, Return, Adjustment) outbound event. Select For Databridge when Databridge is used for connecting to Infor ION and Inventory Transactions outbound is required.
Enable Sync Asset Outbound - Select Yes to enable outbound events for asset synchronization between EAM and Infor IoT.

Continue enabling or disabling outbound event options for the Work, Materials, Equipment, Purchasing, and Administration modules to fit your organization's needs.

Click Save Record.
