Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Message Status.

Click Retry Messages.

Select the records to reprocess, and then click Submit.
The messages are reprocessed and the pop-up is closed. If a message is unable to process, then an error is displayed for the unsuccessful record in the Error Message column of that record.

To select all the lines at once, check Select. To clear all the lines at once, clear the Select check box. Search for specific Outbound or Inbound Events using the search parameters. See the information on defining quick filters in the HxGN EAM User Guide.

If Retry Schedule Suspended is selected for the record, the message is reprocessed based on the automatic retry schedule established on the Partners form. See Configuring Databridge partners, Setting up partner processing retry schedules, and Setting up partner subscriptions.

Retry is only enabled if the current Processing Status or Delivery Status requires reprocessing or if it is determined that a message needs to be reprocessed. See Reprocessing and redelivering messages.
