Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Message Status.

Select the message to reprocess, and then click the Record View tab.
Search for specific Outbound or Inbound Events using the search parameters. See information on defining quick filters on the HxGN EAM User Guide.

Click Retry for either the Processing Details or Delivery Details.
Retry is only enabled if the current Processing Status or Delivery Status requires reprocessing or if a message needs to be reprocessed. See Reprocessing and redelivering messages.
