Verify the eam_ims connection point exists in ION Desk.
Click Connect, and then click the Connection Points menu option on the left-hand side of the screen. Initially, the eam_ims connection point will be inactive. You will need to associate and activate these flows. See Activating the Data Flow. Contact Infor® Support if this connection point is not shown on the ION Desk.
