Themes for the new UI are in the product installation folder as seen below. They are separated out by name in their own folder and each contains the css for the theme as well as an images folder. Also note the theme-soho-base folder under the Theming folder in the installation root directory. This folder contains the GPL version of Ext 6 and the base theme package used to develop new themes.
