Unzip the downloaded file to your local folder and perform the customization as needed. By default, a standard template is used as described in the file email_template.htm. You can customize this template file directly, or you can create a different template file for each monitor or workflow. You can also use an additional.properties file to specify a different "From" e-mail address or a customized logo image.
