Create or edit a trigger for Work Order, Call Center (called Service Request in the dropdown) or Service Request (called SR-Service Request in the dropdown) entities that would initiate the generation of the Customer Survey.

  • Work Order Entity Triggers will initiate a Customer Survey based on Status Triggers to the E-mail defined in Email Source:

    • Assigned To

    • Created By

    • Reported By

    • Supplier

    • Guest Email (Hospitality WO only)

  • Call Center Entity Triggers will initiate a Customer Survey based on Status Triggers to the E-mail defined in Email Source:

    • Assigned To

    • Primary Email

    • Request Taken By

    • Secondary Email

    • Supplier

  • Service Request Entity Triggers will initiate a Customer Survey based on Status Triggers to the E-mail defined in Email Source:

    • Requestor E-mail

    • Contact E-mail

    • Assigned To

    • Created By

    • Caller ID
