Above the grid is a details section applicable for all checklist items, with the following important attributes:

1. LOTO Sequence—When you select the tab, by default, the system displays the first LOTO record with checklist items not specified.

2. Method Description—Lists the description of the isolation method.

3. Actions

   • View Comments—View comments attached to the isolation method of the LOTO record.

   • View Documents—View documents attached to the isolation method of the LOTO record.

   • View Checklist Item Comments—View the comments attached to individual checklist items

Note that the sign off fields are not present on this tab, since they are an integral part of the sign off process of the permit to work order found on the record view of this screen.
