From the mobile menu select the Work Order Checklist screen. This screen shows work order activities that have a checklist associated, but you can use the filter options to select only the work order activities that you are interested in. Filter options allow selection of:

Equipment Class: System will only show work orders where the equipment has a certain class.

Task Plan Class: System will only show work orders where the task plan of the work order activity has a certain class.

Level 1: System will only show work orders where the equipment is a child of a level 1 equipment.

Level 2: System will only show work orders where the equipment is a child of a level 2 equipment.

Level 3: System will only show work orders where the equipment is a child of a level 3 equipment.

Level 4: System will only show work orders where the equipment is a child of a level 4 equipment.

Level 3A: System will only show work orders where the equipment is a child of a level 3A equipment.
Equipment for the selected work order activities will be placed on the map based on the X and Y coordinates of that equipment. Equipment without a checklist is represented by a grey circle. Equipment with a checklist where the performed by signature is not yet placed will by identified by an orange pin. Once the performed by signature is placed this pin will turn blue.
Without the X and Y coordinates the system will not attempt placement on the map, but the work order activities for that equipment will still be listed on the work order list.
The work order status reported on this screen could be different than the actual work order status, to support the user in identifying checklists that still need attention as follows:

Work in progress will be based on the work order status code entered in install parameter CLRRWOST. Work is in progress if not all required Performed By signatures are placed.

Work completed and ready for review will be based on install parameter CLPBWOST. Work is considered complete if all required Performed By signatures are placed.

Review completed will be based on install parameter CLRBWOST. Work is considered complete if the Reviewed By signature is placed.
If one or more of these Install Parameters are blank, the system will show the actual work order status and associated description.
After you select a work order activity from the list or via the map, the Work Order panel shows the activity details and a Checklist button. If you tap it the Checklist popup will appear. This popup will behave as described above under Work Order | Activities – Checklist popup.
