In EAM, certificate-based client authentication is only applicable to browser logins.
Both web service calls and eSignature status changes will continue to operate with
the username and password requirements.
Although the feature was not introduced until EAM 11.3 (201804) patch, a hot fix is supported on EAM 11.3 patch level 201802.
