Configuration changes to support printing of Microsoft Word attachments in the EAM Advanced Reporting Server - HxGN EAM - 12.0 - Installation & Upgrade

This feature is added beginning with EAM 11.7.1. The feature was tested using Microsoft Office 2019. Ensure you install Microsoft Office version 2019 or later.

1. Install Microsoft Word or the entire Microsoft Office Suite with Word included in the HxGN EAM Advanced Reporting Server. Check the licensing of Microsoft Office in Server context.

2. Create the following directories, if it doesn't already exist, in the HxGN EAM Advanced Reporting Server. This is required for Microsoft Word to work in service context.

   C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Desktop

   C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop
