UI Feature Summary Smart Product Selection New product selection box now available. Alix automatically defaults to the calling product, ensuring product-specific grounding and eliminating the need to include product names in queries. General Knowledge Mode Users can switch to General Knowledge via the dropdown or by asking directly. (e.g., “answer from general knowledge”). Maintains strict product-level knowledge separation while supporting flexible natural-language queries. File & Image Support Users can attach files via drag-and-drop or the “+” menu. Supported file types: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, webp, bmp, pdf, csv, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, html, txt, md, json, xml. Up to 3 files, each 10MB, can be uploaded per query for analysis. Files are not stored and are deleted at the end of each user session. Alix’s outputs remain text-only.
