If you have an account established in Smart Cloud, you can use those credentials to access Hexagon University, but it’s required that an account on Hexagon University must already exist for this connection to work.
If you have accessed Hexagon University from Smart Cloud without having already registered an account on Hexagon University beforehand, a basic account is created using the email and name information from Smart Cloud as the seed data, but in order to complete the process, you would need to complete an online form that allows us to manually finish the registration process for you. Until this process is complete, your account will remain in a holding area called “Smart Cloud Customers”.
While you wait in this group, you are assigned a training path that explains the process for getting registered on the site, which is called “Hexagon University | Start Here If This Is Your First Visit to Hexagon University”. This training is the only item you can see when you log in under these circumstances, and it explains what we have detailed here.
