Character classes are defined by a line in the stopword file that has the class name set equal to a string containing the Unicode codes for each character in the class. Unicode values for the ASCII character set can be found in Unicode Values for the ASCII Character Set.

Characters can be specified one at a time (<\>U0041) or in ranges (<\>U0041- <\>U0047), and that no separator characters are required or allowed between characters.
