The requirement for a Turnaround site is critical for ensuring the successful planning and execution of maintenance activities in industrial facilities such as refineries, chemical plants, and power plants. It helps in achieving a smooth and efficient turnaround, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the safety and integrity of the operation.
This procedure allows to create a new TAR site:

Go to TAR > TAR Admin > TAR Enterprise Defaults.

Select the TAR Default Sites tab.

Select the Actions list and choose Create New TAR Site.

Enter TAR Site ID which can be combination of number and alphabet.

Enter TAR Site Name.

Select RUN. The newly created TAR Site will appear in the Default Sites panel.
