Establish Project Currencies and Rate Tables - EcoSys - 4.11 - Help - Hexagon

The Currency and Rates tab allows you to specify the exchange rates in the rate table only for the projects that have unapproved budget.

Project exchange rate tables must be defined for any organization that use multiple currencies.

Follow the procedure below to setup the project exchange rate table.

1. In the Project Details panel, click the Currency and Rates tab.

   

   • By default, the Project Currency selected while creating the project appears in the Project Currency & Exchange Rate Table panel.

   • For the projects that are created from template, the Project Currency is inherited from the template.

   • A new project exchange rate table is created specific to each project.

2. In the Exchange Rate Table Rates panel, enter the respective exchange rates.

   

   • The Exchange Rate Table parameter is read-only.

   • By default, the project specific exchange rates are inherited from the Project Fixed rate table in the admin.

3. Click SAVE.
