Generate Actual Details by Alternate Structure Report - EcoSys - 4.11 - Help - Hexagon

To view the Actual Details by Alternate Structure report, perform any of the following actions.

• View the report in the Actuals screen:

  1. Navigate to Progress > Actuals.

  2. Click the Reports tab.

  3. Click the Actual Details by Alternate Structure tab.

  4. Click the Project ellipses and select the required project. By default, the last selected project appears.

  5. Click the Alternate Structure ellipses and select the required project. By default, the last selected Alternate Structure appears.

  6. Click the Run icon. The Actual Details by Alternate Breakdown Structure report appears.

• View the report from the Reports menu:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Actuals > Actual Details by Alternate Structure.

  2. Click the Project ellipses and select the required project. By default, the last selected project appears.

  3. Click the Alternate Structure ellipses and select the required project. By default, the last selected Alternate Structure appears.

  4. Click the Run icon. The Actual Details by Alternate Breakdown Structure report appears.
