This procedure allows you to add or modify comments for issues with Draft or Open status.

In the Issue Details panel, click the COMMENTS tab.
By default, the last selected issue appears in the Issue ellipsis. To change the issue, click the Issue ellipsis in the parameter bar and select the required issue.

Click the Insert Row icon to add a new comment.

Click SAVE. The User, Create Date, and Update Date fields auto-populate.

Click the Comment icon.

Type your comments and click SAVE. The comments auto-populate in the Comment column.
Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete a selected comment.
