Close Project Risk - EcoSys - 4.03 - Help - Hexagon

This procedure allows you to close an existing project risk. Once the risk is closed, a log entry appears in the Project Risk Log panel and the status of the risk changes to Closed. This procedure also updates the closure details in the Project Risk Details panel.

1. Navigate to Projects > Project Risk.

2. Click the Actions list and select Close Project Risk.

3. Click the Project ellipsis to select the required project. By default, the last selected project appears.

   The Project displayed in the toolbar at the top of the screen is the only project available for selection in the Close Project Risk dialog.

4. Click the Risk ellipses and select the required risk.

5. Type the closure comments in the Closure Commentary.

6. Type a Comment.

   The comment is added to the Project Risk Log panel. To view the record, click the Log tab.

7. Click RUN and then OK.

8. Click the Refresh icon. The status of the selected risk is changed to Closed in the Risk Register tab.

   

   • Once a risk is closed, its attributes cannot be updated.

   • Click the Close Out tab to view all the risk closure details in the Project Risk Details panel.

   • The application creates a record in the Project Risk Log. To view the record, click the Log tab.
