View Project Risk Action Items - EcoSys - 4.03 - Help - Hexagon

This procedure allows you to view the details and status of Project Risk Action Items.

1. Navigate to Projects > Project Risk Handling Dashboard.

   The Project Risk Action Items status appear in the Project Risk Action Items panel.

2. Click the Risk Name hyperlink to view its respective Project Risk Details.

3. Click the Project hyperlink to view its respective Project Risk Register.

4. Click the Action Item Owner Name hyperlink to view the Owner Action Items.

5. Click the Risk Owner hyperlink to view all the Risk Owner Risks.

6. To notify the Action Item to Action Item Owner through email:

   1. Click Send Email hyperlink.

   2. (Optional) Type a Message for the Action Item Owner.

      The selected Action Item Owner Name appears as Resource.

   3. Click RUN.

      The Action Items by Status, Action Items by Action Owner, and Action Items by Forecast Dates pie charts appear in the Project Risk Charts panel.
