Budget Reports - EcoSys - 4.02 - Help - Hexagon PPM

Budget reports can be accessed from three different menu options in EcoSys Projects:

• From Original Budget screen: To view the reports from the Original Budget screen, follow the procedure below.

  1. Navigate to Budgets > Original Budget.

  2. Click the Reports tab.

  3. Click the hyperlink of the required report.

• From Current Budget screen: To view the reports from the Original Budget screen, follow the procedure below.

  1. Navigate to Budgets > Current Budget.

  2. Click the Reports tab.

  3. Click the hyperlink of the required report.

• From Reports Menu: To view the reports from the Reports menu, follow the procedure below.

  1. Navigate to Reports > Budgets.

  2. Select the required report from the menu list. The report will be generated based on the last project selected.
