This process allows you to add expenditure and transaction details towards resources for individual activities.

  1. In the Activity Scheduler panel, select the activity row for which you want to add expenses.

  2. In the Activity Task Scheduler Tabs panel, click the EXPENSES tab.

  3. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row to enter expenditure details.

    You can add multiple rows to record expenses towards individual activities.

  4. Click the ellipsis and select the required values in the below fields:

    • Activity Path ID

    • Cost Account ID

    • Curve

    • Currency

  5. Type in the Description.

  6. Type in the Quantity of resource.

  7. Click the UOM ellipsis and select the required units of measurement for the quantity.

  8. Type in the Hours to be allocated for the resource.

  9. Click the Rate Source list and select the required rate source for the resource.

  10. Type the resource rate per hour in the Rate (Hrs) field.

  11. Click SAVE. The Cost and Cost in Object Currency boxes auto-populate.

    • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected row.

    • You can customize the view of the Expenses tab from View Settings.
