If the service called “EcoSys Batch Queue Service” is installed but unable to start, open a command prompt in administrator mode, go to your installation directory, and run the command below.
C:\ EcoSysMonteCarlo>prunmgr //ES//EcoSysBQService

After you run the above command, a prompt appears as follows:

Go to Java tab and browse jvm.dll path.
Once the Java Virtual Machine path is set, go back to General tab, and select Start button. The service should be running.
