This procedure allows you to add required deliverables for the selected stage gate.

Go to Admin > Portfolios Admin > Stage Gate Admin.

Select the Stage Gate Admin tab.

In the Stage Gate Admin Register panel, select the required Deliverables hyperlink.

In the Stage Gate Deliverables panel, select the Deliverables Defaults tab.

Select the Insert Row icon to add a new deliverable.

Enter a unique ID and Description.

(Optional) Select Mandatory to mark the deliverable as mandatory.
A mandatory deliverable cannot be deleted by a user of the Stage Gate Admin Register screen.

Select the Deliverable Legend ID ellipsis and choose a deliverable legend.

Select the Category ellipsis and choose the category of the deliverable.

Click SAVE.

Select the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the deliverable.

To mark the deliverable as optional, clear the Mandatory checkbox and click SAVE. By default, new rows are set to optional.
