This procedure allows you to add multiple projects to the scenario at the same time. Once the projects are added to the scenario, their strategic alignment can be viewed in the Balancing Potential chart.
Projects should be added to standalone portfolios or portfolios at the bottom of
the portfolio hierarchy. They should not be added to parent portfolios.

Navigate to Portfolios > Strategic Balancing.

In the Project Selection Scenarios panel, select the check box corresponding to one or more projects.

Click the Save
icon.

Click the Actions list and select Add Selected To Scenario.
The Add Selected To Scenario dialog box appears.

Click the Portfolio ellipsis to select the required portfolio. By default, the last selected portfolio appears.
The Portfolio displayed in the green parameter bar at the top of the screen is the only portfolio
available for selection in the Add Selected To Scenario dialog box. -
Click the Run button. The Add Selected To Scenario confirmation box appears.

Click the OK button.
In the Balancing Potential bar chart, view the updated strategic alignment of the projects in the scenario.
