This procedure allows you to upload the payment certification documents or specify URLs specific to a payment certification.

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Payment Certifications.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required project.

  3. If required, click REFRESH to update the screen.

  4. Click the Payment Certifications Register tab.

  5. Select the Certification ID hyperlink. The Payment Details panel appears.

  6. Click the Documents tab.

  7. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row.

  8. Type the required description in the Description column.

  9. Click SAVE.

  10. (Optional) Attach the required document in the Attachment column. To attach the document, perform the following:

    1. Click the Attachment icon.

    2. Click UPLOAD and then click Choose File to select a file to upload.

    3. Type the description of the document in the Document Description.

  11. (Optional) Add the required hyperlink.

    1. Type the required web address of the risk document in the Comment or URL column.

      When entering a URL, make sure to prefix the URL with "http://" or "https://".

    2. Click SAVE. The web address typed in the Comment or URL column auto-populates as a hyperlink in the URL column.

      Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected row.
