This procedure allows you to view or update the project template-related general attributes.

In the Template Details panel, click the General tab.

Edit the Template Name if required.

(Optional) Type in the Alternate ID.

(Optional) Type in the required Objective.

(Optional) Click the Responsible Org ellipsis to select the required organization.

(Optional) Click the Project Manager ellipsis to select the required project manager.

(Optional) Click the Client ellipsis to select the required client.

(Optional) Click the Location ellipsis to select the required location.

Attach a project image. Follow the procedure below to attach the required document files.

Click the Project Image ellipsis. The Document Detail dialog box appears.

Click the Upload button. The Upload Document dialog box appears.

Click the Choose File button to select a file to upload and click the OK button. The Attachment dialog box appears.
The image details appear in the Document Detail dialog box.

Select the Time-Phase check box if required.

Click SAVE.
