This procedure allows you to update the currency.

Navigate to Admin > Core Admin > Currency and Rates > Currencies.

Select the currency to be updated.

In the Display Options, type in the the Currency Symbol.

Select the Show Currency Symbol check box to enable display of currency symbol.

Type in the Decimal Symbol for numeric values to be represented in the EcoSys application.
For example, 3.65 or 3,65

Type the number of digits to be displayed after the decimal point in the Decimal Digits field to represent decimal fractions.
For example, 3.6, 3.65, 3.657, and so forth.

Select the Use Grouping check box to enable display of grouping symbol.

Type in the Grouping Symbol to separate the digits in a numeric value.
For example, 3.65.724 or 3,65,724

Type the number of digits to be separated in a numeric value in the Grouping Size field.
Grouping Size specifies how often the “thousands” or grouping symbol appears.
For example, the 3-digit group is used most globally, such as for English (United States): 123,456,789.00
Few countries use a 2-digit grouping, except for the 3-digit grouping for denoting hundreds: 12,34,56,789.00

Select the Positive Currency Format from the list to represent the positive currency in the EcoSys application.
The selected format sample is displayed in the Positive Format Sample field.
For example, in the below illustration, the red colored currency value is the representation for the corresponding currency format.

Select the Negative Currency Format from the list to represent the negative currency in the EcoSys application.
The selected format sample is displayed in the Negative Format Sample field.
For example, in the below illustration, the red colored currency value is the representation for the corresponding currency format.

Click SAVE.
