The procedure allows you to view and update the general attributes of a worklog.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Worklogs.

  2. In the Summary tab, click ID hyperlink. The worklog Details panel appears.

  3. Click the General tab.

  4. Edit the Item Name.

  5. Click the ellipsis to select the values for the following:

    • Type - Select the type of worklog.

    • Affected Functional Area - Select the affected functional area.

    • Implementation Phase - Select the implementation phase. By default, the option selected in the worklog settings appears.

    • Current Phase - Select the current phase. By default, the option selected in the worklog settings appears.

    • Priority - Select the priority.

  6. Priority Order - Type in the priority order.

  7. Click SAVE.
