Follow the procedure below to add estimate specific unit rate tables.

  1. Click the Estimate Resource Rate Tables tab.

  2. In the Unit Rate Table Register panel, click the Insert Row icon to add a new unit rate table.

  3. Type in a unique ID.

  4. Type in a unit rate table Name.

  5. Click the Estimate Table Type and select the required estimate table type.

    • When a new estimate project is created, by default a unit rate table of Estimate Table Type - Estimate Project Rate is created. This unit rate table is only available for the individual estimate project.

    • To make the Unit Rate Table available for all the projects, select the Estimate Table Type as Enterprise Estimate Rate.

  6. Select the Active check box to make the unit rate table available for use.

  7. (Optional) Select the Include Resource In Matrix check box to include the categories types associated with this unit rate table.

  8. (Optional) Type in the Description.

  9. Click SAVE.

    • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected unit rate table.

    • You can customize the view of the Unit Rate Table Register panel from the view settings.
