This procedure allows the resource manager to check and evaluate resource availability in a particular regional office.

  1. Click the Approval Portal tab.

  2. Click the Submitted Utilization hyperlink.

  3. (Optional) In the Submitted Utilization panel, click the Discipline hyperlink.

  4. Click the Check Availability ellipsis and select Yes to make the resource available in the Evaluate Resource Availability graph.

  5. Click SAVE. The evaluation details appear in Evaluate Resource Availability dialog.
