Unlock User Account - EcoSys - 3.02 - Administration & Configuration - Hexagon PPM

Users account get locked if incorrect password is entered too many times. In this case, the EcoSys administrator can unlock the user and set a new password.

There are two methods to unlock an user account.

• Setting the Login Failures to zero

• Using the action batch.

Users may lock their account if the incorrect password is entered too many times. The EcoSys administrator may unlock the ID and change the password.

1. Navigate to Admin > Core Admin > Users and Security > Maintain Users.

2. Click the Users tab.

3. In the User Register panel, edit the Login Failure Column value back to 0.

4. Click the Save icon.
