This procedure allows you to cancel a contract change. After the contract change is cancelled, it cannot be updated. An event entry is added to the contract change log, and all resources (users) established in the Contract Setup screen (Contracts > Contract Setup > Contract Register > Contract Details – Workflow Admin) with a Distribution List value of All Contract Workflow or Change Workflow will be notified.

To re-activate a cancelled contract change, see Re-Open Change Request.

  1. Navigate to Changes > Contract Changes.

  2. Click the Actions list and select Cancel Change.

  3. Click the Contract ellipsis to select the required contract.

  4. Click the Contract Change ellipsis to select the required contract change.

  5. (Optional) Type in a Comment.

  6. Click RUN and then OK.
