View Contract Summary - EcoSys - 4.01 - Help - Hexagon PPM

This procedure allows you to view the contract summary.

1. Navigate to Contracts > Contract Manager Dashboard.

2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract Organization ellipsis to select the required project.

3. Click REFRESH for screen update.

4. Click the Summary tab. The Contract Enterprise Summary, Contracts by Type, and Contract Summary panels appear.

   

In the Contract Enterprise Summary panel, the below listed details appear:

• Number of Contracts - Displays the number of contracts in the selected contract organization and child organizations.

• Original Budget - Displays the contract budget of all the contracts in the organization or child organization.

• Current Forecast - Displays the contract forecast of all the contracts in the organization or child organization.

In the Contracts by Type panel, count of each contract type is represented in the pie chart.

In the Contract Summary panel, the contract cost details appear. To view the primary contact details of the contract, click the Contact hyperlink.

To navigate to the Contract Analysis screen, click the Contract ID hyperlink in the Contract Summary panel.
