This procedure allows you to approve the submittal. After the submittal is approved, a log appears in the Log tab.

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Submittals.

  2. Click the Actions list and select Approval Submittal.

  3. Click the Submittal ellipsis to select the required submittal.

  4. Select an Approval Date.

  5. (Optional) Type in a Comment.

  6. Click RUN and then OK. The status of the submittal changes to Approved in the Submittal Register panel.
