This procedure allows you to view the contract changes.

Navigate to Contracts > Contract Manager Dashboard.

At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract Organization ellipsis to select the required project.

Click REFRESH for screen update.

Click the Trends tab. The Potential and Pending Contract Changes, Contract Change Register, Contracts at Risk, and Pending Contract Payments panels appear.
In the Potential and Pending Contract Changes panel, the changes created in less than one day, more than five days, and between two and five days are represented in a pie chart.
In the Contract Change Register panel, all the contract change details appear in a spreadsheet.
In the Contracts at Risk panel, the contracts are represented on the pie chart based on the following criteria:

If the current budget and current forecast is equal to zero, then the contract does not appear on the pie chart.

If the [(current forecast - current budget) / current budget] is greater than 0.25, then the contract appears as More than 25 % on the pie chart.

If the [(current forecast - current budget) / current budget] is greater than 0.25, then the contract appears as Between 10 % and 25 % on the pie chart, else it appears in Less than 10 % on the pie chart.
To view the Contract Risk Drilldown, click anywhere on the Contracts at Risk pie chart.
In the Pending Contract Payments panel, the contract payments created in less than one day, more than five days, and between two and five days are represented in a pie chart.
To view Contract Payment Certification Drilldown, click anywhere on the bar chart.
