Before exporting the ecm file, ensure that all the tagged items are resolved.

Go to Configure > Migration Management > Configuration Object Resolution tab.
If you do not have a spreadsheet (ADMs10C Configuration Dep – Resolves), submit a case to Support or create one in the Configuration Element Dependency subject area.

If the configuration does not resolve, drill into the hierarchy to locate the problematic area(s). Go to the configuration and resolve any errors.

Once all unresolved items have been fixed, refresh the Configuration Object Resolution tab to confirm all the tagged items are resolved.
