Configure the Progressing Form - EcoSys - Version - Administration & Configuration - Hexagon

You must configure the following settings in the progress form

1. Create a form with a cost object or Task subject area.

2. In the Parameters tab, click the + sign and click Add New Column and select the following parameters

   • Cost Object Hierarchy Path or Task Hierarchy Path

   • ScheduleUIDatadate

3. Click the ScheduleUIDatadate parameter, under Type select the option Manual Entry and select the option for Display time component.

   

   You can click the Copy parameter icon that creates a separate copy of selected parameters and it copies all the dictionary attribute and values to new copied parameter.

4. In the Edit Settings tab, for the Datadate field, do the following

   • Check the Readonly option under Settings to hide the Data date field from the chart

   • Under Save values, set the default save value to SchedulerUIDataDate

   Externally scheduled columns cannot be progressed, set a Conditional Formatting rule to make Externally Schedule rows Readonly.
