The Integrations tab of the Settings window allows you to specify third-party application integrations to access from within Cyber DOC4000. For example, you can integrate Darktrace threat response systems with Cyber DOC4000. For more information, see Using Third-Party Integrations.
To configure integrations:

Click the Settings icon in the top right navigation bar area. The Settings window is displayed.

Click the Integrations tab in the Global settings area.

On the row for the third-party application to integrate, complete the information required to connect to the application.

Click Test to verify a successful connection from DOC4000.

Move the slider bar to the right to enable polling the integration application.
Darktrace requires a valid SSL certificate for polling to succeed.

If the service does not show a status of Running, start the service using the Windows Services application.

Click Save.
