Once you have added documents to DOC4000 through Document Manager, document information is displayed in DOC4000 using various viewers:

By default, all document objects have the Properties viewer. This viewer shows various information about the document, such as the name, extension, and folder.

The References, Map, Loop Diagram, and Drawing viewers are added to document objects based on selections you make when configuring Document Manager.
The following example illustrates how DOC4000 displays Document Manager objects in the Asset Explorer view. If DOC4000 does not display the processed files in a manner similar to the following examples, errors might have occurred during the processing.
