Static Output Processor menu: Options > View Reports > Using Microsoft Excel

Standard toolbar: View report using Microsoft Excel

Output Viewer Wizard: Send to MS Excel

Sends output reports directly to Excel. You can append additional reports to form a final report.

  1. Select the required load cases and reports.

  2. Click View report using Microsoft Excel .

  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to append additional reports to the Excel document.

If you want a table of contents on the report, select Generate Table of Contents (TOC) on the Output Viewer Wizard before creating the report.
