  1. Verify that the NetHasp License Manager is running on the computer where the red network ESL is attached.

  2. Verify the protocols that NetHasp License Manager is broadcasting. Make sure that these protocols are installed on the client computers.

  3. Install and run the Monitor Utility. You can find the NetHASPMonitorSetup.exe located in the analysis products' Assidrv folder. For CADWorx, you can find the NetHASPMonitorSetup.exe in the [Product Folder]\Utilities. If NetHASP Monitor cannot find the red network ESL, then CAESAR II cannot find the red network ESL.
