  1. Click Vertical with Tail . Alternatively, type DIMTAILV on the command line, and press ENTER.

  2. Select the reference point for the dimension.

  3. Select the origin point, or press ENTER to end.

  4. Select the location for the dimension.

  5. Press ENTER to end the sequence.

When you run this command a second time, you have the option to either reselect the reference point or use the previous reference point.
