Click DB Generate
. Alternatively, type HDBFGEN in the command line, and press ENTER.

Select the HVAC components to write to the database file. Right-click or press ENTER when you are finished.
The Select Database Type dialog box displays.

Select Access or Excel to define the file type.

Click Browse, and define the folder and file name.

Select New if you are creating a new file.
or
Select Append/Sync if you want to synchronize an existing file.

Click OK.
