Create, edit, or delete questions for users to self-test their document knowledge.

Before you begin

• Your role includes the "Edit content training questions" role operation

• You must be editing a document

• Training must be enabled by AcceleratorKMS

About this task

This task involves creating and managing quiz questions within the Training section of an AcceleratorKMS document.

Quiz questions created in the Training section of the document are used as training material in AcceleratorLXP, where learners can take quizzes, perform simulated completions, and be assessed by a trainer.

Procedure

1. (Optional) In the Training section, verify that an objective is identified.

   An objective is not required but does provide valuable information to the user as to the purpose of the training.

2. To create a question, click Add question.

3. In the Question text field, add a question.

   You can format the text using the available text tools.

4. Select the answer Type. Your options are Single Select, Multiple Select, or True or False.

5. If you select Single Select or Multiple Select, click Add option for each potential answer in the Answers area.

6. Select either TRUE or FALSE.

   A green check mark appears beside your option.

7. If you need to modify one of the questions, navigate to the question and answer area and make the required changes.

8. Click Add question to add the next question, as required.

9. Click Preview.

10. Type a brief description of the changes made to the document.

11. Review the affected documents and select a post save action for each one.

Results

The questions display every time the training is accessed.
